2022-2023 Competition Registration

Registration instructions for the NIBC 2022-2023 Global Investment Banking Competition are outlined below. Please view the Competition OverviewFAQs and Schedule of Events for more information on the contest.

The First Round will take place in Fall/Winter 2022 and the Final Round in Spring 2023. 

  • Pre-Early-Bird Enrollment: Nov 15, 2022 (30% discount, $35 per Competitor/$140 per Team)
  • Early-Bird Deadline: Nov 30, 2022 (20% discount, $40 per Competitor/$160 per Team)
  • Last Day to Register: Dec 10, 2022 
  • First Round: Dec 10, 2022 - Jan 10, 2023
  • Final Round: Feb 28 - Mar 3, 2023

We would like to encourage teams of 2-4 to sign up early to go through the preparation material: 

  • Competitors receive instant access to tutorials, past examples, financial models and pitchblook templates in the Competitor Portal 
  • Competitors receive +100-page case package* and financial model template once the case is released
  • Teams that sign up during pre-early bird registration receive a discount from the regular competition fee

*For each NIBC case, professionals build a complete solution model and strategic review first before the model template and case package is created.    

Eligiblity requirements:

  • All members of the same team must be either all undergraduate or graduate/MBA students
  • All members must be enrolled in the same university either full-time or part-time at the time of registration
  • Professionals & recent graduates who graduated within 3 years of the current calendar year-end may register in a separate category
  • Self registration is open to all students, from any university
  • Team members within one team do not need to be in the same year of study
  • Permission from your respective program offices is not needed to participate
  • Participants from all areas of study are accepted; resources are provided to build a corporate finance skillset
